I chose the Dyson DC24 All Floors mainly because it was smaller than the DC14 Dyson vacuum and many other models from different manufacturers.
There are a few things I really like about this vacuum. Firstly, something I had never experienced on other vacuums was the Ball wheel. I've found this a major improvement on traditional roller wheels as I can move the vacuum cleaner around furniture easily.
I have a Labrador so it was important for me to buy a vacuum which could suck up pet hair. I'm pleased to say the DC 24 does this quite well. Another thing I like in this model in particular is how lightweight and compact it is. I can carry the vacuum up stairs easily and can also store it in the closet when not using it.
So far I've had no problems with this Dyson, but got a 5 year guarantee just in case anything does go wrong. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase as it's ideal for my particular cleaning needs.
